What materials and sizes are stocked for perforated plates?
Types & Variants
Standard sheet sizes are 2000x1000mm, 2500x1225mm, and 1500x3000mm. Larger sheets up to 2000x6000mm are available. Thickness options start at 0.3mm and go up to 20mm. Custom perforation patterns and drilled plates are produced for specialised filtration needs where hole diameter must be smaller than plate thickness.
Materials
Stock materials include stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316, mild steel, and aluminium. Orderable materials include brass, copper, hastelloy, incoloy, inconel, monel, nickel, and titanium. Sheet sizes range from 2000x1000mm to 2000x6000mm in thicknesses from 0.3mm to 20mm.

Additional Notes
For stainless steel perforated plates where the plate thickness needs to be greater than the hole diameter, drilled plates are supplied. In some smaller hole sizes, plates slightly thicker than the hole size can also be supplied. Custom hole shapes, countersunk and conical profiles available on request.
